    YER USA partners with ENZ USA for the recruitment of a Territory Sales Manager in the South West. This is a challenging role where you are on the road 4 days a week. The Sales Manager can be based in Las Vegas, Bakersfield, or Fresno Area.

    Company: ENZ was established in 1985 and is a top player in cleaning solutions for the sewer and piping industry.

    Summary/Objectives:

    The Area Sales Manager is tasked with profitably growing sales revenue from a network of distributors/end-users and expanding market share by acquiring new clients.

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage and coach a network of distributors/partners and end-users in the Southeastern United States
    • Be a road warrior (80%); travel throughout the territory to meet with prospective & active clients
    • Explore new business opportunities among prospective distributors and end-users in various industries
    • Conduct product demonstrations, joint sales calls, and facilitate product training events
    • Develop a long-term growth strategy based on market trends
    • Participate in roadshows, trade fairs, and exhibitions
    • Create an effective business plan and manage sales budget
    • Enhance product knowledge to provide technical solutions and strengthen customer relations
    • Interact with National Sales Director regularly

    Required Education & Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in selling technical products/systems
    • Technical education preferred
    • Experience in sewer, piping, or water and waste industries is a plus
    • Comfortable with hands-on product demonstrations
    • Ability to engage and sell to various stakeholders
    • Aptitude for research and winning new business
    • Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week
