- Manage and coach a network of distributors/partners and end-users in the Southeastern United States
- Be a road warrior (80%); travel throughout the territory to meet with prospective & active clients
- Explore new business opportunities among prospective distributors and end-users in various industries
- Conduct product demonstrations, joint sales calls, and facilitate product training events
- Develop a long-term growth strategy based on market trends
- Participate in roadshows, trade fairs, and exhibitions
- Create an effective business plan and manage sales budget
- Enhance product knowledge to provide technical solutions and strengthen customer relations
- Interact with National Sales Director regularly
- 3-5 years of experience in selling technical products/systems
- Technical education preferred
- Experience in sewer, piping, or water and waste industries is a plus
- Comfortable with hands-on product demonstrations
- Ability to engage and sell to various stakeholders
- Aptitude for research and winning new business
- Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week
