A structured technician progression offers clear expectations and compensation growth from entry-level through senior capability.

  • Interpret and apply technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, IPCs, Service Bulletins (SBs), and Airworthiness Directives (ADs)

  • High attention to detail, especially in documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving training environment

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods

The role offers long-term stability, room for progression, and a team environment where reliability and craftsmanship are valued. If you're looking for a place where your work is visible, necessary, and respected, this position delivers exactly that.
