The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding our client servicing process, managing relationships with our existing base of 2,000 business clients, and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, the role involves leading a small team to execute these tasks efficiently. As you gain expertise in training team members, you will progress into the role of Agency Director by mastering our specific techniques and procedures. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base
• Research new business opportunities (B2B)
• Supervise team activities and monitor results
• Train and mentor new team members on existing systems
• Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
• Focus on daily tasks such as recruitment, training, and leadership development

Licensing Requirements:

• Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
