    Description

    As a member of the End User Application Support team, you will be responsible for supporting all 3rd party applications across MU Health Care and Capital Region Medical Center.

    These responsibilities involve vendor management, software upgrades, software installs, server maintenance, and technical support.

    In addition, this position will provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications.

    Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.


    Basic Qualifications:
    At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Healthcare, related field or equivalent relevant work experience


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working with third-party vendors and systems
    At least 1 years of work experience supporting Microsoft workstations or servers

    Expectations:
    Willing to travel as needed
    Provide on-call support when needed
    Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
    Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
    Perform other responsibilities as assigned
