    Who We Are Looking For The experienced Program Manager oversees the larger production of a complex portfolio of client projects potentially across multiple clients, ensuring they come together to meet company and client objectives.

    Program manager responsibilities include the coordination and leadership oversight for completion of multiple projects / project tracks on time within agreed upon objectives.

    The Program Manager indirectly manages a variety of roles and people across a matrix organization in order to deliver solutions or products to stakeholders.

    He/she is able to develop a strategic high-level view of the entire program and big picture objectives, build the appropriate roadmap and budgets for the portfolio, and leads the teams and our clients to optimize the program, and to focus on the critical path and required outcomes.

    The Program Manager can clearly and concisely report to upper management regarding project health and performance metrics, providing clear indication of success and needs.

    The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

    He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will source new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

    What You'll Do


    With a deep understanding of Choreograph products and capabilities provide thought leadership to the client or stakeholders as it relates to managing the program and ensuring the scope aligns with corporate offerings.

    Mentor, guide and provide strategic clarity and communication across the program's cross-functional team.
    Lead and evaluate project managers.
    Formulate, organize, optimize and monitor inter-connected projects or project tracks, ensuring that interdependencies are visible and reconciled.

    Guide the definition of project scope and objectives, as well as the specific program's governance with the team and client, involving all relevant stakeholders across a matrix organization.

    Ensure the Product and Engineering organizations understand committed project deliverables in order to prioritize and fulfill the release of features required to meet program objectives.

    Negotiate resolution around conflicts and escalate to leadership as required to remove blockers and mitigate risk.
    Develop and tightly control deadlines, budgets and activities to meet/exceed objectives and maximize efficiencies.

    Work with the project managers and appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed project plans that incorporate cross-company workstreams, and proactively monitor and track progress across the full program lifecycle.

    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    Ensure that all programs are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
    Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management controls.
    Communicate project progress and health to clients and internal management, escalating to management as needed.
    Work with leadership across the matrix to ensure resource availability and allocation.
    Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
    Proactively perform risk and issue management across the program to minimize risk and roadblocks that could negatively impact program objectives and outcomes,
    Ensure the team is creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, providing thought leadership to continuously improve our standards.
    Facilitate communication between multiple development teams, set project processes and process expectations.
    What You'll Need

    10+ years of experience in a client facing leadership role.
    Demonstrated success leading large complex multi-factored solutions and leading across a matrix organization to effect positive outcomes.
    Superior project management skills and background leading development projects with many tracks
    Excellent resource management skills
    Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
    Strong people, relationship and facilitation skills
    Ability to identify potential risks, blockers, schedule issues and to quickly identify stakeholders needed to resolve and organize appropriately.

    Ability to solve problems using a combination of soft skills in relationship building and negotiation, as well as processes and methodologies including Agile, traditional Waterfall, Kanban, scrum and others.

    Superior organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    Experience using Jira, Workday, Confluence and/or other work management software.
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Experience with project management software tools
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
    Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

    The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
