- Production of salads, soups, sauces, meats etc... in compliance with applicable recipes and guidelines set forth by management.
- Maintain proper sanitation practices including (HACCP) as prescribed by the executive chef.
- Responsible for proper rotation when using food items to complete tasks that are assigned.

Job Description
As a Line Cook (Culinary Assistant) Cooking is more than just making food. It is a place to begin. Even our best chefs had to start somewhere. That's where we come in The heat, the pace, the chatter, you crave them. Our organized chaos will make you feel like you belong. The only question is, are you ready to turn up the heat?
Duties
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell. The team member frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
