    Senior Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer


    An esteemed multinational corporation specializing in industrial chemical production is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer to join its Asset Integrity team.

    This pivotal role offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team that is dedicated to advancing operational reliability and efficiency across global operations.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee the reliability of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, etc., through condition monitoring and root cause analysis.
    Develop and implement Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for critical equipment.
    Spearhead the identification and resolution of equipment issues, establishing and tracking key performance indicators to measure success.
    Mentor and support reliability technicians in vibration and lubrication programs, and provide support to operations and maintenance teams.
    Manage and optimize preventative maintenance plans, ensuring all activities enhance equipment reliability and performance.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
    Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical or refining industry.
    Expertise in managing large rotating equipment is essential.
    Comprehensive knowledge of ASME and API standards and a strong adherence to industry safety standards.
