Job summary
We are seeking a Concierge to join our team at Riverfront Towers This apartment community has 549 units and is located in downtown Detroit, MI The Concierge will value all residents and guests, and be committed to providing residents and guests with information and resources to have a meaningful visit they will also assist with leasing as neededResponsibilities: Answer phone calls and emails Help direct walk-in traffic Ensure residents and guest needs are met:
provide directions suggestions for restaurants in the area etc Greet residents and guests in a friendly courteous manner Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned Assist residents and guests with any issues or concerns Arrange transportation for patrons as needed Provide information on the geographical area Suggest site-seeing locations arrange tours Accept packages being delivered for residents contact them about delivery Assists in delivering notices newsletters flyers throughout apartments throughout the community Provide exceptional customer service Community apartment information prospective applicants via phone email person during visits Tour prospective applicants through applicant apartments Assist lease aspects necessary
