The Role

The Concierge provides five star customer service to residents and guests primarily in the front lobby area. As Concierge, you will demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, create and maintain a positive atmosphere of warmth and hospitality, all while interacting with individuals courteously and professionally.

The Ideal Candidate

Are you a multitasker extraordinaire? Do you enjoy helping others solve problems? Are you able to follow instructions precisely? Do you have a passion for working with the aging population? If so, this may be the role for you

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with office machines, i.e., fax, copier, multiline phone system, etc.
• Must be dependable.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Schedule

• 4pm to midnight
