    Expectations for Onsite Coordinator Sign in visitors, take calls during business hours. Perform daily and weekly inspections of the common area and amenities. Fill out and submit the required report with photos to the Community Manager and Board of Directors weekly. Coordinating vendor meetings on-site for those needing access to amenities or to be shown property for bids, etc. Assist with the administration of the community website. Issue and administer access cards.

    In coordination with the Community Manager, monitor the Action Item List to complete and monitor action items between board meetings.

    Communicate with the Community Manager daily and meet as needed to discuss action items.

    Reserve and confirm the annual meeting location, inclusive of obtaining the property COI and working with accounting on the check.

    Work with the Community Manager and assistant to ensure all copies and materials are taken to the meeting no less than 3 days before meeting.

    Attend annual meetings, take notes, and assist with sign-in and committee volunteers. Attending all monthly board meetings. Direct all accounting questions to the Community Accountant in the main office. Handle Clubhouse rental inquiries - phone calls, emails, and walk-ins Show clubhouse to homeowner prospects if requested. Coordinate party cleanings and advise vendors of current rentals/cleaning. Assist with community events. Check the status on particular deed restrictions as/if requested. Maintain a list of all items and costs to be considered for inclusion in upcoming budgets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
