    Description


    To generate and develop the customer base focusing on gas and oil sales to ensure the necessary revenue needed for the profitability of the Transportation Group Companies.


    Implement General Sales and Marketing Strategy focusing on oil field transportation business - Industry, Territory and Prospective Projects Organize and implement Marketplace Sales prospecting, lead generation.

    Develop customer accounts in new industries, maintain existent accounts for future projects.

    Construct Individual Sales Marketing Strategy and Sales Plan Construct Project execution plans and define roles of operations customer support requirements and operations managers

    Develop and maintain a working and professional relationship with customers. Research and develop proper pricing in the market place. All price Quotations goal to be returned to customer same day. Oversee all RFI, RFQ, Spot Quotes and Customer compliance and pricing request within the Bennett structure Oversee all contracts and pending contacts in process to implementation

    Maintain an objective sale revenue goal obtainment with mutually defined target revenues month.

    Meet and Exceed Revenue Goals -General freight on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Meet and Exceed Revenue Goal - BIL Broker Revenue with 16% retention.

    Assist in creating market pricing for Broker Rate Basis, Discounted Asset Based Rate Levels - Retail Asset Based pricing Construct pricing conducive to corporate objectives and return projections.

    maintain a competitors price list in the marketplace


    Maintain and Manage Customer Credit Account Setup and future credit limits as required by volume Accounts Receivable management to be current to within 45 days.

    Maintain account receiving resolution of conflict issues

    Organize and maintain a CRM - Sales Customer Reporting Management System - CRM. Execute Required reporting

    Construct and coordinate with Marketing Oil Field Sales - Marketing and Advertising campaigns. Initiate Brand / Image Building to enhance Bennett perception in the marketplace

    Organize and Execute Trade Shows, Industry Organizations, Non Profit Promotional Activities, Government Liaison Activities, Educational and Business Promotional Activities


    Qualifications


    Previous experience in marketing open deck truckload, truck brokerage, Project Logistics mobilization transportation projects with a prospective target account base.

    Professional Communication Skills to include verbal, written and visual presentations.

    Primary economic understanding of project revenue and expense applications

    Profit and Loss applications

    Transportation and Logistics operations process and procedures

    Understanding of Governmental and Customer compliance requirements

    Execution of Plans to established deadlines.
