    Job Description

    We're looking for an experienced Implementation Lead - Business Operations to steer high-impact operational and system initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Your prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) implementation is highly valued. This **** role offers high visibility and meaningful ownership.

    You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows—ensuring teams are ready, engaged, and successful. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, driving organizational evolution through proactive project management and change leadership.


    • Lead enterprise-level projects from planning through adoption


    • Drive change management, training, and user adoption


    • Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain


    • Track outcomes and ensure measurable business results

    Based on your location, this role will work from a Mission Critical Group site commutable to you: Harleysville, PA; Stone Mountain, GA; Bethesda, MD; Brookston, IN; Bay St. Louis, MS; Belle Chasse, LA; McKinney, TX; or Spicewood, TX.

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of project or transformation leadership


    • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments


    • Strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills


    • Experience with ERP, CRM, or large system rollouts preferred
