- Prepare and present security Program Governance and reporting information based off agreed upon frequency.
- Prepare and conduct monthly review meetings with security vendor
- Collaborate with other IFM Security professionals
- Escalate unresolved or major issues impacting business to management, including recommendations to pursue service level remedies where appropriate
- Continually review best practices to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develop a plan to respond to incidents
- Manage vendors – budgets, deliverables, meets deadlines, and project reports
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors to create open channels of communication and ensures vendor alignment with client needs
- Assess and monitor vendor performance against contractual commitment
- Some travel may be required, up to 20%
- Bachelor of Science in Information Security or Computer Science or 3+ years of direct information security experience.
