    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    We are partnering with a school in the Basehor, Kansas area to find afull-time, on-site, contracted Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full school year. We are looking for a kind and caring candidate to join our Special Education team

    As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders within our student population. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective speech therapy programs that foster students' communication skills and academic success.

    Position Details:

    • 08/05/ /22/2025
    • Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week(will also consider part-time applicants)
    • Caseload: Early Childhood and Middle School available, specific details will be provided during the interview process
    • Pay Rate: Between $30 - $55 per hour, depending on previous experience

    Requirements:

    • Masters or higher degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution.
    • Must have an active SLP KansasLicense
    • Must have an active SLP Teaching Certification

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and diagnose students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
    • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address individual student needs and align with educational goals.
    • Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, and monitor student progress.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to integrate speech therapy with educational objectives.
