+ Plans and organizes daily activities for area of responsibility; ensures timely completion of assignments in compliance with City policy procedures and safety regulations
+ Interact with customers to provide information discuss and resolve issues problems and complaints relating to the area of responsibility
+ Sets up and maintains record system; processes daily paperwork including work orders memos requisitions personnel information
The City of Dover is currently seeking qualified applicants for Field Supervisor II. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.
+ Requires high school diploma or GED the equivalent of one year college specialized vocational training management closely related field
+ Requires valid Delaware Commercial Driver's License
+ Requires eight years related experience Two years supervisory experience required Proficient computer skills Microsoft
The job duties include supervising staff planning organizing daily activities interacting with customers setting up maintaining record system processing paperwork overseeing monitoring maintenance cleaning equipment gathering maintaining information data supporting reports attending conducting meetings creating maintaining productive harmonious respectful environment providing leadership service excellence working internal relationships.
