Summary You will serve as an EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (CODE 900), PIPE SHOP of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Duties * You will manage the maintenance schedule and sequence maintenance to support waterfront execution priorities. * You will maintain a personal knowledge of all significant related work scheduled for the assigned area of responsibility. * You will validate equipment records in electronic Facilities and Equipment Maintenance (eFEM) and update all data as required.* You will act as an advisor on all equipment issues and assist the management team with equipment budgets and equipment procurements.
* You will manage the relocation, installation, and disposal of all equipment. * You will manage the overall lifecycle management plan for all shop-owned equipment. * You will perform other duties as assigned.
