    Our client is currently seeking a talented Office Associate to join their team in Superior, WI. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently while assisting customers. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and multitasking skills. This is a temp to hire position.

    Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Support Route Managers as necessary. Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in 10-Key and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is a must.
  • Experience in bookkeeping.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for in-person and telephone interactions.
  • A good understanding of MN and WI maps for assisting route drivers.
