Compensation ranging from:
$91,000 to $154,000 annually for full time visits per week)

$37,000-$88,000 for Part Time visits per week)

PT Pediatric and Adult Job Qualifications:

Develops skilled and high-quality care plans that meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results; creating and implementing Physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.

Assists pediatric and adult patients to develop or regain physical, neurological, cognitive and/or social/emotional functioning and improves their level of independence.

Up to date Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing.
A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.

For those who work 25+ visit per week

Pay:
$70 - $85 per Routine Visit

Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and patient caseload.

Sign on bonus:
$2000/ Full time and $1000/ Part Time
