- Provide support to the office including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
- Prepare schedules and coordinate registrations for meetings and conferences
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- High School Diploma
- Administrative assistant support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft office
- Must be able to pass drug testing and background checking
