    Job Title: Recruiter I

    Job Summary:

    Be a part of our Talent Acquisition team as we partner with our managers and key leadership to find top talent in the government contracting space. In this role you will get to build candidate relationships for active roles within the company.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for government contracts
    • Supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts for government contract positions, with a focus on hiring cleared personnel for DoD or similar agencies
    • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs etc.)
    • Crafting and sending recruiting emails
    • Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search techniques, job board searches, LinkedIn groups posts)
    • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
    • Meeting monthly recruitment goals
    • Tracking recruiting metrics
    • Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks
    • Promoting our employer brand online and offline
    • Maintaining candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
    • Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
    • Attending virtual job fairs

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sales
    • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisitions/sourcing role for both cleared and uncleared positions in government contracting
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), iCIMS a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail

    Work Setting and Environment:

    • Monday - Friday, normal working hours
    • Work is to be performed remotely
