Purpose Of Position
This position supports the work of the Y a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development healthy living and social responsibility.
The part-time Membership Associate is responsible for delivering excellent service to all members guests and program participants Responding to member and guest needs promoting memberships and programs maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.Certifications required within 30 days of hire CPR/AED First Aid Minimum age of 18 Excellent interpersonal problem-solving skills Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds Previous customer service sales or related experience Basic knowledge of computers
