    Job Summary

    The Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operation, functions, and objectives of the Standards and Compliance Department Quality Team. Must have the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data, create presentations, graphs, dashboards, etc. and successfully support other departments in their quest to do the same. Manages data collection, monitoring, and reporting of clinical performance data and other quality-related data. Assists in the coordination, integration, and implementation of the organization wide performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulatory and accreditation standards. Conduct medical record review that may be used for: 1) supporting the organizations performance improvement process by providing timely and accurate analysis of CBI healthcare data as well as other internal and external data sources; 2) identifying performance trends; and 3) prioritizing and recommending improvements through data-driven analysis.

    Education and Experience Required

    • Education Minimum of a bachelors degree in an appropriate field. Master's degree or CPHQ preferred.
    • Work Experience Minimum of 2 years working in the Health or Behavioral Health field with a focus in performance improvement or quality management.
    • Recovery Must be in currently in recovery from AOD/and or GMH use for a period (equal to or greater than 1 year).
    • Valid Arizona Driver's License Staff who will be driving company vehicles and/or who will be transporting patients and/or whose position requires driving need to have a valid Arizona Drivers License on file with a current MVD Report.
