    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a business development strategy for the oil and gas industry, including identifying target customers and markets, and creating sales and marketing plans to penetrate those markets.

    Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in the industry, including potential customers, suppliers, and partners.
    Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders in response to customer requests and market opportunities.
    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects and services.
    Keep up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies, identifying new business opportunities and potential risks.
    Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and services, and promptly addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
    Prepare and present reports on business performance, including sales, revenues, and customer feedback, to senior management.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or 10+ years of business development experience.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the oil and gas industry.
    Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, and the associated supply chain.

    Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
    Flexibility to travel as required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
