    Fairview Health Services is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy team at our M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital location in Minneapolis, MN.

    We're offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Flat rate / Not Prorated) for RT's with 2+ years of Neonatal / Pediatric experience who are hired at our Children's Masonic Hospital location If you do not have the experience listed, then you can also qualify for our $9,000 Sign-On Bonus

    Respiratory Therapy at the U of M Masonic Children's hospital is a dynamic, growing department with approximately 50 staff members.

    As part of a large, integrated, academic healthcare system, the Respiratory Therapist has an integral and dynamic role in the care of children.

    At the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital, the child comes first.
    The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services as prescribed by a physician. Follows defined treatment protocol according to department policies. Collects, assesses, interprets, and intervenes as appropriate in the care of neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The shift length will be 12 hours on the night shift. This position will also work a rotation for every other weekend.
    This includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, PTO, 403B, tuition reimbursement, and so much more Shift differential incentives:
    $00/hr for nights
    $00/hr for weekends

    As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for:
    Implementing Respiratory interventions based on plan of care.
    Operating and maintaining all Respiratory Care equipment.
    Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field
    License/Certification/Registration
    Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
    Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). New Graduates only - must complete RRT within 1 year of hire date.
    Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field
