Job summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the Firm. This role involves developing and implementing HR objectives that align with our Firm's goals,
managing payroll and employee benefits,
and ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
  • Overssee the administration of employee benefits including health insurance 401(k) plans,and other firm sponsored benifits.
