    Ultrasound Technologist Job Description:

    Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract Ultrasound Technologist for a temporary position in Worcester, Massachusetts.

    Job Requirements

    • Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist
    • Discipline: Allied Health Professional

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasound technology and be able to perform various exams using proper technique. They will also be responsible for calibrating and operating ultrasound equipment, completing computerized tracking and supply charges, and assisting radiologists during invasive exams.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of diagnostic sonography
    • 2 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist

    Required Certifications/Licenses:

    • State license (if required)
    • American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography
    • CPR - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association

    About the Hire Process:

    We qualify our clinicians to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment. If you are qualified, we may direct-hire you, reducing the time it takes to get you to work.

    This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, based on the national average for ultrasound technologists in Worcester, Massachusetts.
