- Enter delivery requests/changes into scheduling system and create accurate production schedules.
- Create and update production delivery schedules.
- Create and communicate schedule change notices and material correction notices to plant personnel.
- Complete weekly/daily invoicing and billing for extra material.
- Monitor field capacity plans utilizing NVR's vendor scheduling program.
- Communicate with field personnel.
- Work closely with the plant's Production, Customer Service, Materials departments, and Logistics department to ensure operational targets are being met.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and cross-train in other departments, as needed.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to develop relationships with customers.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Results driven with the ability to balance multiple priorities and changing demands.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
