    Some of the Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator include:

    • Enter delivery requests/changes into scheduling system and create accurate production schedules.
    • Create and update production delivery schedules.
    • Create and communicate schedule change notices and material correction notices to plant personnel.
    • Complete weekly/daily invoicing and billing for extra material.
    • Monitor field capacity plans utilizing NVR's vendor scheduling program.
    • Communicate with field personnel.
    • Work closely with the plant's Production, Customer Service, Materials departments, and Logistics department to ensure operational targets are being met.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks and cross-train in other departments, as needed.

    Some of the Requirements/Qualifications of the Scheduling Coordinator include:

    • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
    • 2+ years of administrative experience
    • Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to develop relationships with customers.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Results driven with the ability to balance multiple priorities and changing demands.
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
