    Overview:
    Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $45 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.


    The Sanctuary of St Cloud Senior living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our busy St.

    Cloud, MN location.

    Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more.

    Nursing position includes;

    80 hours in two weeks
    Evening shifts, extra pay for evening shifts
    Every other weekend and holiday rotation schedule
    RN student loan repayment option, up to $10,000
    Full Benefits package (paid time off, medical, dental, college tuition reimbursement $5,250 yr., matching retirement monies, welness dollars)

    Responsibilities/Job Description:
    Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
    Implements new and updates current resident care plan
    Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
    Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
    Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
    Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

    Qualifications:

    Required:
    Current MN RN license or by start date
    AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers


    Preferred:
    Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
    Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
    Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
    Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
