Currently, we deal with over 7,000 Japanese food products, beverages, as well as restaurant equipment and supplies.

Location: Flower Mound, Texas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 6AM – 3PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of warehouse team members
- Monitor productivity, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Train new hires, assign tasks, and ensure a safe work environment
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain equipment functionality and inventory levels
- Resolve conflicts and promote fairness among team members
- Participate in warehouse activities and meetings
- Assist in inventory management and logistic support for Company events
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Capability to handle up to 165 pounds with assistance
Working Conditions:
- Indoor environment with loud noise levels
- Required to wear company-provided insulated freezer suit
- Exposure to freezing temperatures between -55 and -15 degrees Fahrenheit
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in English (business level preferred)
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, afterhours, and 2nd Shift if required
- Clean driving record and positive attitude
- Strong team player with adaptability and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehousing experience
- Knowledge of forklift and reach truck operations preferred
- Familiarity with Japanese foods and liquors a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on warehouse safety
- Forklift and Reach Truck certification advantageous
