We are seeking an experienced vascular surgeon to provide locum coverage at a hospital located 30 minutes from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled vascular surgeon to work with our team and contribute to the care of patients in this community. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, be comfortable working independently, and have strong communication skills.

• Schedule: 3-5 weekdays per week. Flexible scheduling available.


• No call required. Enjoy dedicated time off without interruption by on-call duties.


• Monthly Volume: 8 surgery cases, 60 cath lab procedures. Manageable caseload allows for efficient patient care while maintaining quality results.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training programs to support integration into our electronic medical record (EMR) systems.


• Must be board-certified in Vascular Surgery or equivalent experience; qualified candidates must possess strong knowledge base coupled with proven surgical expertise</ li>, inclusive of arterial and venous anatomy repair/procedure readiness < u >and associated precautions w h ile managing ant erior lumbar spine exposures wherein requesting intra-op rescue performanc e [ , an d occasionally assisting surgeons during other surgeries ], as well as forming/testing/repairing fistulas & open carotids .
