    Job Summary:


    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Mitchell Subaru in Canton, Connecticut.

    As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the dealership's automotive sales transactions. This is a full-time individual contributor role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the auto industry.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    This is a full-time, salary-based position with additional opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee all financial aspects of automotive sales transactions
    • Build and maintain relationships with lenders, credit unions, and other financial institutions
    • Work with customers to secure financing options and present loan and lease terms
    • Review and analyze credit reports and financial documents to determine creditworthiness of customers
    • Accurately complete all finance contracts and legal documents
    • Ensure compliance with all state and federal finance and insurance regulations
    • Supervise and train finance department staff
    • Generate and analyze monthly financial reports for upper management
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance and sales
    • Strong knowledge of dealership finance operations and vehicle financing options
    • Experience working with multiple lenders and financial institutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership finance software systems
    • Knowledge of state and federal finance and insurance regulations
    • Bachelors' degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred but not required)
