    Description:
    We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist for the night shift.
    This position is needed for immediate start.
    Candidate must be available for 8-hour shifts with no rotating shifts.
    Alternating weekends are required.
    The responsibilities include performing various laboratory procedures.
    Key areas of focus will be blood banking and chemistry testing.
    Experience in blood specimen storage and proper disposal is essential.
    Knowledge of quality assurance and controls is necessary.
    Maintaining hazardous materials and MSDS compliance is required.
    Effective communication skills are necessary for teamwork and patient care.
    Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
    This position involves working in a hospital clinical laboratory setting.
    The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multiple laboratory techniques.
    A professional demeanor and commitment to patient safety is expected.
    Candidates will participate in troubleshooting laboratory equipment and maintaining efficient workflow.
    The role will include reviewing and interpreting quality control data.
    A thorough understanding of laboratory regulations and best practices is essential.
