    **Thomas Cuisine is hiring Cooks for The Eating Recovery Center in Denver.** Your culinary career starts in the kitchens at Thomas Cuisine Management Youll learn from, and work alongside some of the hospitality industrys most talented executive and sous chefs. Day or night, youll be an integral part of a team working the line, in state-of-the-art kitchens inside hospitals, at upscale senior living communities, and in corporate dining facilities.*

    **$17-$19/hr. plus full benefits and profit-sharing** **Shifts and days vary** **Responsibilities:**

    Great place for someone starting out in the culinary field

    Previous cooking/health care diet experience preferred.

    Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.

    Follow cafe guidelines concerning guest services, food, and physical safety, maintenance, and equipment/space cleaning requirements at all times.

    Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Cafe's recipes, portioning, cooking, and waste control guidelines.

    Scratch cooking experience is a plus

    Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

    You will be working 30 to 40 hours per week

    Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check (Federal & State) and drug screening
