    *ASSOCIATE DENTIST QUALIFICATIONS:*

    * *Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)* degree from an accredited dental school
    * Previous experience in general dentistry practice preferred
    * Strong clinical skills in general dentistry procedures

    *RESPONSIBILITIES:*

    * Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
    * Provide comprehensive dental care, diagnosing and treating conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
    * Partner with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
    * Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance standards
    * Remain current on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
    * Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, treatment notes, and documentation
