The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing Fickling & Company's digital marketing efforts across its Commercial Sales, Residential Sales,
and Commercial Property Management divisions.
Responsibilities
- Plan create schedule publish social media content across platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn others as appropriate
- Develop manage monthly social media calendars that support residential listings commercial listings property management services recruiting brand awareness
- Cross-Division Collaboration Work closely with the in-house web developer to align social media content with website updates landing pages listings blogs digital campaigns Collaborate with the referral coordinator to promote relocation referral partnership initiatives through digital channels Ensure messaging is consistent across residential commercial property management marketing efforts Website Email Digital Campaign Support Assist with website content updates blog publishing basic CMS management Support email marketing campaigns for listings company announcements referrals client communications Coordinate creative assets copy timelines across social web email channels Maintain organized digital asset libraries ensure brand consistency Reporting Optimization Monitor key performance indicators KPIs for social media digital campaigns Prepare regular performance reports summaries for marketing leadership Use analytics insights refine content strategy improve engagement increase reach Qualifications Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience years of experience social media management coordination Strong understanding major social media platforms analytics tools Experience working multiple business units service lines preferred Familiarity CMS platforms email tools basic SEO principles Experience Canva Adobe similar design tools preferred Skills Attributes Strong writing copyediting skills attention brand voice Highly organized detail-oriented Creative proactive data-driven Comfortable managing priorities deadlines Collaborative team player strong communication skills What We Offer Competitive compensation benefits Opportunity work diverse real estate divisions Collaborative in-house team environment Growth opportunities well-established respected real estate firm
