    The Primary Care Provider (PCP) is responsible for the comprehensive and continuous care provided to a panel of patients. The PCP at Family Health Center of Worcester will also participate in the development and implementation of community health and wellbeing plans as directed and may serve as a representative of the health center to community groups and task forces.

    Family Health Center of Worcester is seeking an experienced PCP to join our mission driven, close-knit team of providers in serving the diverse patient population. We can offer the following:

    What we are looking for:

    • Current NP or PA License. with 3 years of Family Practice Residency
    • OB/prenatal preferred not required
    • Spanish fluency preferred not required

    • Bilingual in English and another language appropriate to the health center's patient
    • population preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, and to plan, coordinate,
    • and carry out those tasks necessary to meet the job responsibilities.
    • Awareness of resources available within the health center to accommodate the needs of
    • patients.
    • Commitment to providing cost conscious, fiscally responsible, timely, efficient,
    • effective, safe, patient-centered, culturally competent, equitable, and
    • participatory health care.
    • Processes personal health information in accordance with FHCW HIPPA policies and
    • procedures.
