    Job Description: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Your expertise in project management, along with your knowledge of construction processes and regulations, will ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budgets.     Responsibilities:

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

    • Ensure project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, is accurate and up to date.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction project management.

    Qualifications:

    • Military background preferred. Veterans with experience in construction project management are highly encouraged to apply.
    • GC Certification (General Contractor License) is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, demonstrating successful completion of complex construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Working Conditions:
