Job summary
This role follows a maintenance technician is responsible for conducting all repairs and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment ensuring that the production team has no barriers with production equipment.
- A Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting all repairs and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment they are responsible for ensuring that the production team has no barriers with production equipment.
- The job responsibilities include detailed employee safety food safety environment quality systems good manufacturing practices routine safety checks on the productions respectively services maintains productions related equipment (motors conveyors vibratory fillers tub washer flow wrapper etc), installs new productions equipment , provides guidance training to machine operators increasing efficiency reducing downtime in productions.
- The qualifications listed below representative of knowledge skill ability needed this role general high school degree or equivalent minimum five years industrial experience manufacturing background preferred knowledge pneumatic hydraulic required must be able to use variety hand power tools precision measuring have strong electrical wiring repairs installations ac/dc controls schematic diagrams solid computer skills input/export information cmms PIT scissor lift OSHA certification required.
