- Board certification by the American Board of Radiology
- Regional or emerging national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher
- M.D. or D.O. Degree
- Texas Medical Licensure or eligible for licensure
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program in diagnostic radiology
- Successful completion of one year of training in neuroradiology fellowship program or meeting all requirements for the American Board of Radiology's Alternate Pathway to Subspecialty Certification in neuroradiology
- Training and experience in all imaging modalities including plain films, CT, US, and MRI.
