Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry/Data Entry Specialist to support sales operations in a fast-paced office environment.
This role requires strong accuracy organization and communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently This is a fully onsite position Key Responsibilities Accurately enter sales orders using 10-key data entry Perform order entry and general data entry tasks Review and verify orders to ensure accuracy and completeness Conduct internet research to gather confirm business information Communicate with customers businesses via phone email Compose professional emails handle incoming calls messages Maintain organized records documentation Collaborate with sales customer service teams Required Qualifications O–3 years of relevant office administrative experience High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Strong written verbal communication skills in English Comfortable with internet navigation online research Ability multitask stay organized work busy office setting Basic arithmetic skills Reliable attendance punctuality onsite role Preferred Skills Experience Salesforce Familiarity Outlook Google Docs Oracle Work Environment Requirements Professional office environment daily onsite attendance required Interviews required for all qualified candidates
