Are you a motivated leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering top-tier customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day convenience store management and help us create an outstanding guest experience
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire your team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Ensure smooth store operations, focusing on safety, guest service, and security.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory and money control systems, including establishing inventory schedules to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate on monthly marketing initiatives and reach out to prospective customers to drive sales.
- Keep accurate business records and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a retail or restaurant environment, with a proven ability to lead and train teams.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
