    The Quality Control Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of MaxSent's services, particularly in the California Armed Security Government Contracts.

    This key position is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Control Plan that aligns with government requirements. The plan encompasses various aspects, including monitoring:

    Armed Security Officer Performance

    • Appearance on posts
    • Qualifications to perform
    • Government-required personnel records

    Timekeeping and Invoicing Procedures

    • Training procedures
    • Key control procedures
    • Equipment custody procedures

    Quality Control Functions

    • Performing post inspections
    • Conducting audits
    • Completing reports and maintaining quality control compliance
    • Attending weekly quality control meetings with Corporate Quality Control Manager
    • Observing training and effectiveness of instructors
    • Surveying the quality of learning environments
    • Preparing statistical reports and conducting reviews with the Quality Control Committee

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

    • Be a United States Citizen or possess a verifiable honorable discharge from the United States Armed Forces
    • Hold a valid Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration

    Experience

    • Minimum two (2) years of Quality Control experience in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Certifications

    • Ability to obtain US Government suitability to work on a Federal Government Armed Security Contract
    • Ability to attend and pass the National Weapons Detection Training Program (NWDTP) and all contract requirements
