- Create an onboarding process for all Worldpay Executives from acceptance to first month activities.
- Work closely with executive candidates for a smooth transition into Worldpay culture.
- Monitor and improve the executive onboarding process.
- Evaluate current processes, lead project teams, and suggest quality improvement efforts.
- Identify issues and suggest enhancements, aligning improvement with performance gaps.
- Additional duties as needed.
- Knowledge of onboarding practices.
- Understanding of People Office systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse personalities.
- Experience with financial services industry practices and software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in process methodologies like ISO, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Training skills and the ability to influence others.
