    Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a Principal Test Conductor or Sr. Principal Test Conductor - Electronic Warfare Specialist, to join our diverse team in Beale AFB, CA.

    Job Duties:

    Responsibilities include ensuring that engineering tests align with mission objectives and establishing mechanisms to conduct the tests effectively. Accountable for testing all customer samples, overseeing operational aspects of engineering tests, and acting as a liaison between program, engineering, and line management. Review test requirements status, manage schedules, and generate reports. Supervise technicians during tests, identify anomalies, and devise resolutions in accordance with Test and Quality Engineering procedures.

    Basic Qualifications: Principal Test Conductor - Electronic Warfare Specialist

    • 5 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a Bachelor of Science; OR 3 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a Master's degree; OR 0 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a Ph.D. or 9 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a High School Diploma in lieu of a degree.
    • Experience as a US Air Force Combat Systems Officer, US Navy or US Marine Corps Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECMO) / Weapon System Officer (WSO), or equivalent
    • Experience in mission planning, execution, and debriefing
    • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Class II medical certification as per business requirements
    • Experience with technical documentation
    • Experience with crew/cockpit resource management (CRM)
    • Active TS/SCI clearance with an active investigation in the last 5 years and ability to acquire and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) as required by business needs. PAR must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe determined by the company to meet business requirements.

    • 9 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a Bachelor of Science; OR 7 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a Master's degree; OR 4 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a Ph.D. or 13 years of Electronic Warfare experience in operational or training settings with a High School Diploma in lieu of a degree.
    • Experience as a US Air Force Combat Systems Officer, US Navy or US Marine Corps Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECMO) / Weapon System Officer (WSO), or equivalent
    • Experience in mission planning, execution, and debriefing
    • Experience with technical documentation
    • Experience with crew/cockpit resource management (CRM)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Formal training unit instructor, weapon school graduate
    • Experience with Electronic Warfare encompassing Electronic Protect, Electronic Attack, and Electronic Support
    • Proficiency with SIGINT analytical tools
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

    Salary Range: $90,600 - $136,000
    Salary Range 2: $112,300 - $168,500

    The specified salary range acts as a general benchmark; nevertheless, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers such as the role's scope, responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.

    Team members may be eligible for discretionary bonuses on top of base pay. Annual bonuses are intended to acknowledge individual contributions and permit employees to partake in company achievements. Vice Presidents or Directors may qualify for Long-Term Incentives.
