    5+ years RN experience
    ED or ICU experience required
    Prior charge or house supervisor experience preferred

    Certifications:
    BLS, ACLS required; NRP* and PALS* highly desired
    Experience with

    Epic charting system
    Knowledge of staffing models, scheduling, bed management, and regulatory compliance


    hift:
    3x12 Day (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

    Weekends:
    Every 3rd or variable depending on coverage needs

    Call:
    Not required

    Floating:
    May float between units and nearby facilities based on skill set
