Description
MedAdventures a division of Icon Medical Network is looking for a CEO, Acute Care to join our partner's full-time team near Boston, Massachusetts area.
MUST have directly worked as a leader over an acute care facility (long term acute only) or inpatient acute rehab.
This is for a long term acute care facility - not LTC/SNFLong-term acute care hospitals provide treatment for patients with serious medical conditions who need ongoing care but who no longer require intensive care or extensive procedures.
Patients often come from ICU and require more care than they can receive in a rehabilitation center.Required Experience:
Five (5) years' experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations.
Long Term Acute Care Experience or Inpatient Rehab with exposure to LTAC experienceExperience with hospital turnover, work life balance may be challenging the first year.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Training:
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or an appropriately related field, required.
COMPENSATION:
175, ,000 Approximate, Depending on Experience. Bonus potential up to 30%
