Description

An employer is looking for a Secret or TS Space Systems Engineer supporting a DOD customer who's mission is focused on missile warning, missile tracking and missile defense in El Segundo, CA.

The engineer will work closely with the government customer to support in the execution of space sensing architectures, acquisition documents, technology demonstrations, and product development.

They will help to draft technical documentation, System Engineering Plans, Integrated Master Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and contract deliverables as well as help to integrate acquisition plans, acquisition strategies, capability documents, and solicitation documents into the overall program.

Active Secret or TS Clearance
Bachelors Degree in STEM
5+ years of space systems engineer experience
Experience supporting a space/satellite program in a SEIT or SETA capacity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience developing initial test plans for smaller nonAcquisition Category programs
Experience supporting Space Systems Command or a Space Force base
