    Join our team as a Part-Time Dining Room Server and play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents You'll assist with meal service, ensure dietary needs are met, and help create a warm, welcoming environment every day. This day-shift position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and making a positive impact in a supportive setting.
    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a reliable and friendly Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time day shift. This role is vital in ensuring residents receive meals safely, promptly, and with a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate is compassionate, attentive to detail, and enjoys providing excellent service in a team-oriented environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining room, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting
    • Serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and individual preferences
    • Deliver beverages and snacks to residents in a timely and courteous manner
    • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
    • Report any changes in residents' appetite, food preferences, or dietary needs to the dietary supervisor
    • Support the dietary team with general tasks, including dishwashing, tray assembly, and inventory management as needed
    • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with residents, visitors, and team members
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to follow dietary and safety procedures
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or supplies as needed
    • Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
