Job summary
This is a full-time syndication officer role responsible for leading the execution of syndicated credit facilities within Fulton Bank's Corporate Commercial and Industrial vertical.The ideal candidate will have experience in deal marketing, investor engagement, and transaction execution. A strong background in sponsor finance is preferred.
The role requires a deep understanding of syndicated loan structures and LSTA documentation. The successful candidate will also have a strong network across participant banks and institutional investors.
Responsibilities include lead marketing and distribution of syndicated C&I transactions to participant banks and institutional investors.
