    Job Duties

    Maintain IN Learns Portal:
    • Verify student eligibility and enrollment status and work with families to complete necessary forms and submission
    • Update and manage the eligibility list regularly
    • Schedule learning sessions and coordinate with stakeholders
    • Organize student rosters and ensure accurate attendance records
    • Make necessary updates to the portal sessions aligned with schedule changes
    • Record and upload attendance sheets with accurate information
    • Ensure adherence to attendance protocols.
    • Oversee and maintain the Schedules Sheet for the month, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the portal sessions
    • Verify payroll forms with the secretary to ensure alignment with schedules and portal sessions
    • Collaborate with the Community Learning Center Coordinator for transportation and supervision needs at relevant sites
    • Support recruitment efforts for tutor and student enrollment
    • Foster effective communication with the district office for seamless operations
    • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills in managing challenges that arise in the program's implementation
    • Collaborate with building principal and support staff as needed
    Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in communication and problem-solving
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
    • Familiarity with online platforms
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
